Story
The Yorkshire Tri consists of a 1 mile open water swim, a 25 mile bike ride and a 6 mile run. This is the first triathlon I've entered and it's going to be a challenge. Especially as due to illness my training schedule was halved. All ok now, all I have to worry about now is wearing all that lycra!!Updates
